I first heard of the Sisters in 2009 and was fascinated by them. The more I learned about the mission of the Sisters, the more I was compelled to seek them out. When I heard Sacramento was forming a mission I jumped at the chance and was privileged to be one of the founding members of the Capitol City Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.
Being a Sister allows me to step out of the box. I can meet and interact with people in a way that I couldn’t before. Being a part of the worldwide order and sharing in the legacy of service to our community the Sisters have established continues to be an honor and a privilege.
This is truly the rewarding and frankly the most fun thing I've ever done in my life. I am excited by the potential that our growing House has and the impact we make in individual lives and in our community.
